I registered when wager competition started (06-04-2021) because my friend invited me because I like wager wars. I deposited money on the same day and didn't receive money for THREE DAYS and main reason for my registration was to participate in wager competition. My money arrived 3 days later (06-07-2021) so I missed almost 3 days of wagering competition. I had only 2 days to compete with others and of course I lost because they were 3 days ahead of me. UNFAIR if you ask me!

I have a friend with the same problem, but I think that after 5 days they released him, I think he was using a VPN and that's why it was the problem, are you using a VPN by any chance? I don't know if he had to provide some kind of data so that they could release his money and he, like you, also activated free spins but did not lose them, he was carrying around 11mBTC at that time.
