Not sure on the first question. Maybe their age on the chain since your wallet is active? Do you have an old wallet.dat before you encrypted it? I believe that would work for the entire balance.

I don't know if it has to do with all the stuff that happened with the coin or just because my wallet is encrypted? I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to crypto. It currently has a green bar that says "Info: Minting suspended due to locked wallet."

I don't know if I'm totally screwed because the only wallet.dat I have is the encrypted one. This is crazy because I never forget my passwords. This is a substantial amount of money based on the conversion I'm seeing at coingecko.

Where would you sell it? https://www.aax.com/ is the only place I see listed there. 232K would be about $80 in sell orders but might only be
$40 filling buy orders.

Ahh ok I just did a conversion on Coingecko and it showed 226618583.904474 SHND = 6864.276906466517 USD.
