@arisatox it’s best to contact them via intercom on their site, and I believe they have a huge maximum bet limit cause I seen many whales play there with huge numbers, and I think withdrawals are instant but at least last time I checked they were instant only.

@tomal1003 I believe that’s a normal tracking link which is used by many casinos to see whether the mail was opened and clicked, but if you feel something else contact @boxxob here or contact their support.
