Debbie here, my heart sunk when I’ve seen your replies and realised I’ve broken the rules posting, I am genuinely very sorry about that, it came from a good place in wanting to reply to you all and I was excited to meet you on the live chat, I will apologize to the team here internally too and I hope you can forgive me, it wasn’t intentional, it’s no news here to the team I tend to over-communicate!  I know now and will do my best for the BitcoinTalk Community and I thank you for bringing it to my attention.
We may be a new casino but we are not new to the industry, I’ve personally known a lot of players who have had issues with KYC and the main way we want to present Bets.io and take care of our players going forward is by giving them fast cashouts and not delaying payments for KYC and give a really unique VIP experience where all players know that we care and will treat them well.
