I have given it another try with the same, max., amount. This time it worked. The support chat function now also functioned. This all happened after a restart of my PC. So perhaps the problem was on my side.

Surprisingly, this exchange is doing well. Even their NMX token is doing good despite of the market crash.
Their withdrawal fees are also very competitive but you need to check their limits so you are aware of what you're getting into.

And they have no KYC for daily limit of 3 BTC, not bad. So far, I haven not seen a complaint in terms of withdrawal issues.
