That is not accurate, $40000 was predicted, but Bitcoin price was not up to $40000 but increase though.

This is not yet a conconcrete evidence of what you are implying to be right, using GMT/UTC time zone, Bitcoin has been rising before the time that message was uploaded. Also, the time zone if your country is never known, it is like predicted Bitcoin price when the price has already risen above $37700
