There is a tons of evidence if you will only check deeper this thread alone mate.
These pages consist of resolved cases as well. Complaints without proofs hardly could be considered as evidence.
Can anyone try to record their experience on this site? You can go record while playing, your void bets and how this casino respond to your issues. They are currently running a review campaign for 1xbit. It will be a good review if it is documented. The community will judge
