@1xbit_official can you please specify: do 1xbit allow their users to have multi accounts? Yes or no, if not, what is the consequence for that?
It is not allowed to receive welcome bonus more than once. We do not ban for having a few accounts until it is made to circumvent the ToS.
In other words, it is not suggested having a few accounts.

If my bet was voided as said by Roda on chat support I still had 22.27mBT Cry
It seems like the bet is placed within the rules since there is no option to place bet on overtime.
The support said everything correctly, but they were talking about a different thing.
In these markets there is no mention about regular time, as well as 1x2 markets (as support said) should have draw option while there wasn't.

My bet was on match market and the 3rd map went to Overtime as written that. The only difference is that bet was lost not voided as he had said.
