This one seems like a browser extension which will enable you to earn rewards whenever you shop using that. Be careful as it is very easy for a browser extension to contain mining scripts or malware.
The website looks like developed by some random wordpress nube. I would rather suggest to steer clear of such programs. Will be a dead coin sooner than later.

Well, I will look around what IDO really is... this is the first time I hear about it, I am always interested when it comes to new things in crypto! I like to be aware of what is happening around me!
As far as I know, IDO is Initial DEX Offering, so they will be using a DEX instead of a centralized exchange. With many types of crowdsourcing these days, everyone can basically raise their funds to whatever is advantage to them. So it is up to the user if he will buy or not. If you are interested, just dig deeper and learn more about the project. Otherwise, move on and look for more solid projects.
