i see this is a good campaign....i think ohio was the first to do this and it's really a tantalizing attraction. Ohio people are really very lucky with this policy, it really can change their lives 180% just by joining the vaccination program.

The prize is for some people who really luckiest to win the lottery and yes, their lives will change if they can win on that. But for the other people, hopefully, they can still get something from the government. Maybe that will not in the form of money, but something worth for their life. The lottery can still attract more people to volunteer themselves to get vaccinated.
