Since Jack Mallers' Strike is one of the main drivers of Bitcoin adoption in El Salvador, I guess we could safely guarantee that they will be using Lightning wallets.
We can't expand the adoption otherwise. Imagine broadcasting a transaction for every El Salvador citizen. They possibly could not afford the whole package. 
Pretty much. Knowing that El Salvador ain't that rich of a country, I could almost guarantee that they wouldn't even adopt bitcoin in the first place if lightning didn't exist. Imagine them paying a transaction fee that's potentially worth their lunch lol.
