Also as there is no mention of KYC in your FAQ, I presume you will only require KYC if you suspect any wrongdoings or fraud attempt.

Terms of Service it seems so, I guess they will not charging KYC in the first place
Aside from that, the FAQ page isn't fully ready so no wonder if there's no information of it
I don't understand why but your site doesn't allow opening a different tab. I was trying to open FAQ and Terms of Services on Firefox but both of them closes immediately. Please fix that.
Just tried it with Chrome browser and the same thing happened to me although it only one of them (the new one) that closes immediately
Looks like the site does not allow us to open two or more tab at the same time
