My bets have been under review or security checks twice if I remember correctly. They usually finish it within 24 hours in my experience. You can always PM Tornike and ask him to look into it for you. As long as there is no abuse, you are going to be fine. Maybe they noticed similar predictions on another account and they want to make sure that something fishy isn't going on. Just hang in there.
