We have carried out our investigation and we found out that a substantial percentage of our people are getting involved in cryptocurrency which is not the best. Don’t get me wrong, some may be legitimate but most are illegitimate.

In the end, if there is something that is considered suspicious or something that is considered not good, the Nigerian government should apply layered KYC, as long as crypto exchanges are no longer a half-assed consideration. it will just give an inconsistent view.
Layered KYC is enforced, and I think those who use crypto fairly will agree with the regulation, rather than a policy that is not fixed and leaves a big question mark. that's very fickle in my opinion.
