I highly sure that character he mean is "Hitler", why did you choose this name? aren't there many other better characters? There's a lot of propaganda about it, the negatives about it are talked a lot by people. I hope people don't take it too deeply, it's just a token meme that usually has a short lifespan.

Nobody can sell before the price is 1000x of what they bought at. Contracts are blocked from interacting with the token contract for 1 year, this ensures it won't be available at any other dex for now.
