They said I will receive an email message when they credited this free bet to my account, but this never happened and I stopped visiting website.
I checked it now, lo and behold a miracle happened and there is 1.4 mBTC freebet, so you can close the conversation
There must be misunderstanding with the customer support. I also won the prediction contest in this forum few week ago and I received my free bet after 24 hours IIRC but I did not receive any emails for the free bet. Perhaps the customer support thought and talked about free bet from different contest which is available on the website as they may not know about the contest in this forum. Good to see that you received the free bet already, good luck with it.
