my intensity was a bit off... the amd is doing now around 8.5Mhash/s at 56°C

You have 290x? Which intensity do you use? I got 7.2Mhs for 290 but it 90C. Still don't know why.

I use xIntensity at 102 (it is outside the computer case but usually it runs around 75 with open windows (not MS the real one))
