Honestly, I don't use existing formulas like OP said, I only rely on Fomo, and pay attention to the instructions on the channel I follow if my heart says sell I will sell, and buy when the market really falls like it is today

Invest with your own diligence mate that is what you need to do and never just rely on FOMO and from the channels because base on my experiences they are mostly stupid liar and never to be trusted .
