I heard form some users with Plat 3 rank, they need to ask VIP host in order to activate reload. Means that it is not all the time since reload wont be active if the users do not ask the VIP host to activate it. Makes me a bit confuse with is the real meaning of "all the time" or "permanent" of the reload for Platinum 3. Is this applied for new Plat 3 only who reach the rank after the changes on the VIP system?

You have to contact host once a week to set your reload for the next 7 days based on previous 7-14 days play. It can be every 10 min, hourly or daily.
