Every user knows in case of computer system malfunctions you can return the money to the wallet it came from with zero anonymity or security issues. But you would have to have integrity and honesty to do that.

You system having legitimate problems and errors would not be a scam by itself. The scam you are running is by insisting your system is 100% foolproof and keeping money that does not belong to you.

You don't have the integrity or morality to understand that what you have admitted to in public is stealing because you insist you have never stole any user's money. But you admit openly you are keeping my money. And because you lack integrity, morality and honesty you have to be taught it; and nobody ever taught you that keeping money that does not belong to you is stealing.
