At this point, i have no seen any contradictory comment via this scenario, but let us try to understand that both of us are arriving in the same fact partially, because we all knowledgeable and also aware very well that in every rank to turnup it determine by activities, so the same points of yours are similar, and since i joined the forum i noticed that their is no Manipulation of any kind towards management, so let us not emphasise much or understand this in a different way.
