These are popular card games in the Philippines, and they are played as past times and on gambling places but not unlike casinos it could be a house or an open space, it's prohibited to play in public if caught you will be fine, my favorite among the three is lucky nine, it's easy to play can be played, lucky nine is a pure luck game and I always play it with my friends and family when we don't have an internet connection, good past times.

Well yeah right.it is prohibeted playing in public place.but I think all kinds of gambling are not allowed on public.its should be in private place and should be legal.but now this are the games from internet that can be played by any one where ever you want or what ever time you want to play.free to play and do gambling with real digital fiat if you want...
