As a person who has managed few projects in the crypto world for the past 8 years I am not the most experienced person ever but I have a few advice for you when you are looking for moderators, I don't know if you would care for it or not but I just wanted to share the experiences I had with you just in case. First of all eliminate every single person you have never heard of before, there will be plenty of people who will ask to join you as a mod just because they want a job and I understand that is how jobs normally work, you hire someone you never seen before, but that is in real life in crypto networking is the most important aspect of a hiring prospect.

It should be someone you have seen in the chats before, someone who gambled, someone who participated into betfury experience before. Secondly and lastly you should hire someone that other mods accept, because chemistry is very important and you should not get some stranger that will ruin the already working system, get someone that will jel well with the other mods as well and can chat very well (no need to say how awesome their English needs to be as well). This is not some application from my side, I am too busy to be a mod in a casino, I just wanted to share what I know.
