"Ledger live" is what they call the official app (GUI) you have to install on your PC or phone so you can interact with your ledger device (manage accounts, sign messages, voting ...) -snip-
I have a Ledger Nano X, but as far as I know, Ledger Live currently doesn't have a feature to sign or verify a message.

Thanks for the explanation. I thought I couldn’t use that crypto with Ledger. Is it risky to use a 3rd party app for my ledger? If I'm using myetherwallet for example, I have to share my private key with them, isn’t it? If it is, I guess that's risky.-snip-
As TryNinja explained, the Private Key will remain in the Hardware Wallet even if it connected to a third-party application such as Electrum or MyEtherWallet.
