I never encounter such issue but I also don't know on how do I react about the situation if this will occur to me so its good to understand what he's going thru since maybe he's in panic to see that his capital has been compromise but I can say that bustabit is good site and for sure can deliver what they tell to any of their costumers who got an issue.
I could understand his action including the creation of a scam accusation if it was a newly started, very small casino. Bustabit/Bustadice, on the other hand, are one of the oldest crypto casinos on the market with an extraordinarily good reputation, so I find the scam accusation against Daniel completely exaggerated.
Even more so, where Daniel (and also we here in the forum) have explained several times what the background for the 14 days is and that this is actually a protection against scams.
