That "might" only work if either they know you in person or you're a well-known/trusted figure in the community and even then, most would probably refuse to give out loans of that extent.

Go to any nearest bankof you and offer such a collateral then check which answer they provide.

From where I am, such requests are automatically ignored by the banks ^{[even with the verification part]}.
