Are you sure you're dealing with actual inputs... or are you looking at addresses? Huh

It's possible that some of your addresses contain multiple UTXOs, so if you using addresses, it's possible you might still be exceeding the 20 UTXO limit.

Which tab in Electrum are you spending from? The "coins" tab or the "Addresses" tab? Huh
