Fees are always higher if you compare internationally available products with EU-only products, this works for basically any such platform. The economics of international USD cards is quite different, and the fees reflect that.

It depends on the card vendor what kinds of cards they offer. These vendors do not have virtual cards at the moment, but if and when they do, we will be happy to consider adding them as well.

There is only few services accepting the rest of the world and AFAIK only advcash released new cards although they launched it in the past then stopped and changed providers before accepting it again.
