Absolutely right. The market is very uncertain and making new low everyday so it is not right time to buy at current price. No body can correctly predict when and from where market will pull back. If still somebody is willing to buy LTC then he should adopt 3 steps strategy to dollar avaege your buying cost. Suppor and Resistance charts are helpful to take entry.
