Absolutely right. The market is very uncertain and making new low everyday so it is not right time to buy at current price. No body can correctly predict when and from where market will pull back. If still somebody is willing to buy LTC then he should adopt 3 steps strategy to dollar avaege your buying cost. Support and Resistance charts are helpful to take entry but use daily or weekly charts.

Yes, you are right, but if you are looking for a long term, it is not a bad thing to buy here. The pullback can be found. If we look at the trend line, we can probably go up to 26k or maybe pull back from there.
