Usually exchange willl make announcement via email about coins/tokens that they delisted. And we still have time usually for a certain time to withdraw our money out first but if we late, usually they can't help with anything. Like when i late to withdraw my HART, liquid can't help me anything and i lost my tokens.

Almost exchange will announce more than three or four weeks before delisting on their exchange, still available for trading and you can try to withdraw and sell on other exchange market, although exchange have been delist you still get chance to withdraw because an exchange give more than one month for withdraw after coin delisting from exchange trading. You only late to sell coin with good price because after delisting all coin dump.
