I and others have already explained that you had an outdated page open. If you had refreshed the page you would have seen the current payouts and timer.

There is no way for me to verify you own the address if you can't send from it so you will have to wait until a new round starts.

Just to be clear : if a new round restarts and I didn't send 0.000911 but it is a round with refunds, I will get 50% of my deposit back?
