I will say in the words of pooya87 "It is not your English, there are fundamental flaws in what you explain. Maybe you should avoid trying to explain to others things you don't fully understand yourself", especially when the user is trying to explain something to someone without specifying a link to the source.

It looks like he's been trying to get Merit from the day he joined, and he did earn 75 Merit in a short time. It could also be he doesn't know plagiarism isn't allowed on Bitcointalk, he doesn't look like the standard signature spammer. I'll send him a message.
