I think that is what the 1xbit scammers means but we have to wait for an official reply to understand their perspective. No matter what they say can we really look beyond them using any means possible in order to selective scam those that play at their website in good faith?

Is this an example of what you called a controversial bets? Because no matter the outcome I'll still gain and loses at the same time. If I'm wrong then tell me practically.
