How do they try to resolve it or at least what is their offer to you for this case? If there is no win-win solution for this, and if you feels that you are getting scammed then I do think it is better if you create a scam accusation thread against bithobo. Probably with scam accusation thread, bithobo will try to resolve your issue better and faster.
