I think in the last few seasons almost all of the voters have voted for City, so it's no wonder City have yet again received the most votes for a while. I personally chose Chelsea in the polls, somehow I still believe in Tuchel who looks like he will really succeed with Chelsea this season. As for the transfers that occur I don't really care much about it, because usually they don't immediately fit into the style of play in their new team so I think even if Kane and whoever manages to move on, they will still need time to really fit in their new team.

Chelsea getting lukaku will make them strong title contenders, looking at their last match against arsenal. The midfield created a lot of chances that needs clinical finish, it's sad that Werner still hasn't adapted to premier league, but I don't think its wise for Chelsea to break the bank and get a 28years old lukaku at £130, that's too much but I still believe in Mariana and Tuchel
