You are right that the value of stablecoin doesn't fall much because they are pegged to USD. However, what I am hesitant is the team behind managing the stablecoin. Like for example, USDT. Couple of years ago, they admitted they were not fully backed by USD assets, so right now, how sure are we that they have full backing of assets? If one of their members decided to disappear, what will happen then? So for me, I believe, I will stick to btc. Because no matter what, it is the top crypto and it is not pegged to anything.
