Summary:
alcurEX can start altcoin market as soon as exchange site is ready, and USD market as soon as company registration is processed and bank account for deposits is opened.

It was an honest question, i just wanted to be clear and have your statement on this aswell,
because there was a spree of shady listings the last few days, with accounts being compromised and all.

edit: on the trade pairs, why not just add the top 150 coins in regard to volume traded, and vote from the ones that are left?
