wait, if the OP is not the owner of the other account. was the other account hacked? not sure if it is on your ToS but shouldn't you locked the other account for security reasons since another user has access to that account and will only be unlocked if the owner of the account contacted you requesting for the account to be unclocked?

It's a false accusation. I'll provide evidence of where I was told by Jovan to verify ownership of my account to receive my level up bonuses.
