If what you're looking for is to improve your ability to predict what the markets are going to do then you need to go back to the basics, people are always looking for platforms but there is nothing like learning from books, even if the markets change a good strategy is still going to be profitable regardless of how technology has changed over the years, and this is because good strategies even if they use different means to achieve their results use very similar methodology.

So if you really want to gain a better understanding of the markets then find a good book written by a trader or investor that has a long trajectory of being successful and that is not just interested in selling some books to a bunch of newbies.
