Possible reason why you can't access the page is that your country is restricted due to Casino license.
What I suggest is to try to open www.twicedice.com with VPN enabled: this often solves the issue 👍

We actually never had any complaints from players about disability to access The Website💪 or any of our Landing Pages, but we'll definitely will have a look, if something odd has been going on recently on a server.
