Litecoin will be over $100 in 2014 , it will also hit Coinbase very soon.
Coinbase will not add LTC in near future, their service focus to make bitcoin simple for average users, so Coinbase adding Litecoin will make their users confused. Not to mention that Coinbase actually is a wallet service, not an exchange.
