Are you sure address bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm is created by your wallet, and not imported as watch-only address? I've seen this happen several times, usually when a scammer "helped" to create the wallet.
Blockchain.com wallet can not be used as watch-only wallet like Electrum.
Have you tried to export the private key for bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm? If that works, you can import it into Electrum. I haven't used Blockchain.com's wallet in years by myself, but

You are right, should be the last resort if others have failed, to import the private key on wallet like Electrum, but I think seed phrase importation should not fail. But, private key can no more be accessed on blockchain.com wallet, only the master public key can be accessed.
