Everton can forget about Insigne because I don't think he will leave Italy. He might do it when he is young but now it is old and he will not take risk at his age. Moreover, Italian players don't want to play outside of Italy. There are very rare players accept risk to play in leagues that are not Serie A.

Getting Lukaku is a big transfer and a great achievement for Chelsea from the transfer market. I don't know. Arteta is lack of something important for a main coach. He and Solskjaer are lack of determination and experience but they are lucky because both Manchester United and Arsenal are very patient with those coaches.

The season is exciting for two clubs because they will have better view on their coaches. Arteta should manage to help Arsenal to join top 4 in Premier League. If not, I guess he will be fired.
