Honestly it is obvious that we should not be looking for anything over $5 for sure, there are 2-3 right now here and there. For example roobet could go with the route of "how much have you wagered", which could make it a lot easier. If you wagered $10 then yeah you should pay, pay whatever, it is not reasonable to expect from a casino to help you out a lot when you gave them nothing in return.

However if you are someone who wagered hundreds of dollars, which is bare minimum, many gamble tens of thousands even over a million, then that person should get ALL withdrawals for free, not just now neither, if he wagers 100k today, then forever it should be free even if they end up not even gambling ever again, because that's worth it. This is the simplest solution, helps them care for real gamblers, and stop the people who may abuse it as well.
