As far as I can judge, a gambling addiction is of course not the fault of 1xbit. I don't think an accusation is in order there either.
They deserve an accusation against them since they didn't return his funds.
1xbit is negligent not closing my account on my request on 29 July. They didn't even reply to the email so far.
They don't care about their customers since they scammed so many of them over the years without any remorse. Your funds are gone and 1xbit will simply come up with different excuses to put the blame on you. This is the harsh truth sadly.
