What do you mean by unfair bets? Is it something if anyone win the bets then you will called it unfair or there is something difference? And you will not give refund as the user is already in profit but will you give refund to those users who is in lose? Would you like to explain it clearly?
I guess their definition of unfair bets implies arbing etc. Also, who cares about their refund process when they continue scamming more and more gamblers over time.
Their explanations are almost always copy-paste statements basically. Don't expect any legit explanations from them.
As far as I understand correctly, in the situation of violation of the rules of ToS, 1xbit pays money up to the value of the deposit player made. In this case, the user has already withdrawn the amount higher of the deposits he made, so case is closed.
Someone like you who scammed $21 from a member of this forum shouldn't be talking about rule violations in the first place. 1xbit came up with another one of their lame excuses and your supporting statements in their defense are pointless.
