Grealish is a good player and he is like Joe Cole in England a decade ago. In England, Sancho and Grealish are the most creative players in my opinion but I don't think his talent deserves that expensive price. Now that doesn't make sense, even any big club doesn't intend to sign Grealish because there is only enough talent in the EPL not to exceed the capacity of other leagues IMO.
But I don't know why Mancity bought at a fantastic price does it really need a Grealish midfielder?
