I think this is the thing , because my cousin created an account without asking KYC though i don't know once he logged out because his account are constantly online in His mobile phone so there is no way that he will be logging off. or at least if time comes h won and withdraw .

I don't think being logged in can create such bug but it will be asked sooner or later if the requirements are the same for all users. Probably he still can gamble on Roobet but it is a matter of time to fill KYC probably before the withdrawal. Better to ask for support for clarification, we all speculate with limited information.
