So I didn't ask for refund on 29th July, just to have my account closed. Now I'm asking for a refund/rollback to that moment because my account was not closed on my request not by my fault but 1xbit.
1xbit usually scams gamblers for no reason at all which is why asking them to refund your money because they didn't close your account according to your requirements is pointless in my opinion.
They will simply state that the fault lies on your side or they may point out certain rules from their TOS. You should have done your research before investing in this site.
they don't want winners in their gambling platform and who will want to play on a gambling site where you can only lose and if you win you will be charge of cheating, so stop uisng 1xbit and save your money, go elsewhere.
Funny thing is that many gamblers are aware of these risks and still go ahead and invest in these scam sites and complain later on.
Well, let's see what will happen now.
They can't say that all answers are given in turn because I never had any reply to my Sent email on 29th July. And my account was immedialty closed on my new request on 10th Aug. So the only fault here is the total ignoring my 29th July email and totally answering like a software bots to any provided question.
Account closure requests are delicates and can't be ignored like it was to me in my opinion.
